Suit is about as cheap as it gets. The material is extremely thin and will rip quite easily. I bought this to parody the enigma known as FatMan on YouTube so I have done cut all the sumo gear off, modified and ruined it anyway. It works for what I need it for, but I can't help but notice how horribly cheap and overpriced it is if someone was seriously purchasing this.
Now sellers sure have the right to price it at whatever they wish... but this isn't a collectible. In the area of costumes, the high price does lead one to believe this is of "quality". Yeah right.
I can already see the thing getting a huge tear in the near future just by putting it on. If you aren't small enough to easily fit into it you're going to rip the thing just by suiting up. You have to get into it very carefully. Shouldn't have to be that cautious for the price this retails at.
I have never seen this for less than the $30-$40 range. It's true value is about $3-$4.00.
