 Great for Jedi costumeOct 31, 2011

I used this for a Halloween costume this year. The item I got wasn't exactly as pictured...it was an "Obi-Wan Kenobi" braid and was more blonde than brown, but that didn't make any difference to me. I had to iron it out a little to straighten it and then use a bobby pin to hold it in (the attached clip is worthless) - but it looked great with the costume! It was a nice extra touch for a few bucks.

My son was SO excited to wear this on Halloween, but unfortunately, it only stayed in for about 5 minutes!! The clip was not very strong, so it just slipped off his hair. We ended up taking the braid off the clip and buying some inexpensive hair glue (used for hair extensions) and glued it to his hair...then it was great! There is a remover for the glue - however I didn't buy it...the glue will just grow out! Inexpensive product, but with shipping and the glue, prepare for it to be about $15+.
