The black ruffle at the bottom of the skirt is not as pictured, it is under the skirt not showing at the bottom.

Available sizes: Infant (6-12 months), Small Toddler (12-24 months), and Toddler (2T-4T). PLEASE NOTE: If your child ordinarily wears size 4, the Toddler size may be too small. The Toddler size best fits children who ordinarily wear size 2-3.
