This costume is a real bummer!Sep 16, 2010

My son wears a 3T, but since it's always good to leave room for winter clothes underneath, I ordered the XL (size 4-6). It's too small even with nothing on underneath! This means the length between shoulder and crotch are way too small (though the overall length of the costume is definitely long enough). Also, the "gloves" that make up the paw of the dinosaur are just mits without any finger holes (nor room for fingers) so there would be no way to actually wear them and hold a trick-or-treat bag/bucket. This costume is a real bummer!

My son is three years old and I ordered the 4-6 to make sure that the costume is plenty big for him. It fits nothing like the picture and is too small. The area from the neck to the crotch is SO short!!! The top barely covers his shoulders so there is a huge open area from the chest to the face, unlike the picture they show. This outfit is adorable but such a dissappointment since it fits so poorly.

I adored the triceratops costumed in 18-24 months for my petite son who is in 18 month clothing and the T-rex for my 3-year-old in 3T. The costumes run VERY small. I know it sounds ridiculous because I didn't listen to the reviews and totally should have but order the NEXT SIZE up if you want them to fit. The triceratops is a VERY snug fit and the t-rex wouldn't even go past my son's stomach it was so small. Otherwise they are well made and adorable. I wound up ordering a replacement t-rex costume because they were completely out of stock already but order up!

Bought a 2T - 4t for my 23 month old child and the costume is about four inches too short in the crotch. The shoulders were pulling and the crotch was pulling on the inside of the thigh. The sizing on this is HUGELY inaccurate. The head was also huge and kept flopping forward. Overall this costume is a failure and I wouldn't buy it in any size. Overpriced and undersized. I also had the privilege of paying for return shipping on an item that is not sized or described accurately. Lucky me don't buy this. I am disappointed in Amazon and the return policies of their vendors. Consumers shouldn't be required to pay for returns when the item is advertised inaccurately.

This was a fun costume, my kids loved it....However the head piece was too big and the body was too small. I bought the 2T to 4T size, my kids are 2 and 3 years old. We put a baseball hat on under the hood, which helped. Also, after one Halloween party, there were a couple of small rips in the seam, I had to repair before the next Halloween party.
