This company sells poor quality defective merchandise and then refuses to exchange it. They have a poor policy that states you must return it or exchange it right away. Well, the first time you use something or put it on may not be the day you receive it. These pom poms were taken out of the box in shambles!!! They were one big mess and not usable as soon as my daughter shook them once. When I contacted the seller, they refused to do anything except offer a sad 10% discount to buy a new set of pom poms from them. Well, not acceptable!! Maybe they should not sell poor quality and then expect consumers to not complain loudly!! This company should not be on AMAZON. Look elsewhere, trust me!! I am a daily user of Amazon and I have never received this type of service before!!

These are really cute and my daughter loves playing with them but the pieces come out semi easily other than that it is a good product
