I dressed up as a space pirate and utilized this wig for Halloween - it definitely looks real enough to be actual hair, and lots of people at the party were asking me if it was. I also have a larger than average head and, though it was definitely built for the average folk, it fit just fine.
So if you want to be some type of swashbuckler, or maybe just want to cover up your baldness with a wig for a few bucks, I'd go this route....

This fit fine and looked real. It matched perfect with the Jack Sparrow Beard & Goatee Set.
