These are sold as Captain America Gloves, but really they are just shinny red child gloves that are probably meant for any costume- as the package was a clear plastic bag with no mention of any superheros. It could just as easily be for a girl- and probably more so since they are a big shinny/shimmery. Also, if you are planning on buying for the Captain America costume- it is a totally different red.....they are actually plain red child gloves that could be for ANY outfit.

I purchased these for my 3 1/2 yo to complement his halloween costume. They are a bit big, but will do the trick. They match fine and also go perfectly with the boot covers. I would recommend these if you are using for a costume. I'm not sure how well they would hold up to heavy play, but for what I need them for they are perfect.

Out five year old grandson is a newly minted superhero fan. He ask his grandmother to make him a Captain America costume. The only parts that she couldn't make were the gloves. I found these on Amazon and the costume was complete.
