That the product was not for a SIze 3T.It said Toddler 2-4 thats all so was figured would fit a toddler wearing a 3T but no it was short in the arms and really short in the legs.He could not wear the hat part to it cause it was to tight to put it on so we painted hes face like a Dalmation instead.I was very disapointed in the costume and was ot time enough to send back for the bigger one they had!!!!Wanted my money back for this product but hubby said we had to make due with it cause halloween was in a few days and he need it to wear to school for there party as well..So if you order somethign like this is the past make sure you find out for sure if it will fit your child or order it in a month and half in advance of halloween

This costume was very cute but poorly made. The toddler size is suppose to fit 2T-4T. My son is a solid 24mo/2T size and it barely fit him. The legs were too short. He wore it 3 times for less than 3 hours each time and when I put it on him the 3rd time the zipper completely broke. I had to safety pin it.

The costume ran very small. The inside of the costume feels like the backside of carpet-extremely rough. The child must be completely covered in order to put this on- if the skin touches the fabric it's over. The hood is too small as is the neck portion and if hooked would choke the child. The costume is cute.
