My daughter's favorite movie last year was Monsters vs. Aliens and she loves dressing up in costumes. When I first saw this costume advertised online with a national department store, I knew I had to buy it. But, the price of this costume was outrageous, even with a customer coupon. So, when I saw it on Amazon for $13.00(I had to order a size M, she wears a small), I had to buy it. The total cost, that included s&h, was under $20. It was worth the price for the bodysuit alone. The wig is okay, though there is a lot of static with synthetic hair and my daughter didn't particularly like the wig. And the shoes covers, which are made from thin form, need to be reconstructed if she is really going to wear them for play. The shoe covers have 1 piece of narrow elastic to keep the shoes in place, I mean, really? So, overall for the price I paid, it was worth it. I am so glad I didn't pay the enormous price the department store was asking because I would have had to return it with a sad little girl wanting to keep it.

My daughter loved it. I however thought it was kinda cheap for the price. The Velcro straps on the cars that go on the shoes brook on one of them the first day my daughter tried it on,& the wig it comes w/isn't full enough,& the hair sheds rather easily. But my daughter enjoyed her costume so I gave it a positive review,but in reality this is probably a costume that does not give U the value U look for comparative w/price.
