About 4" below the neck-line, the dress opens to reveal an off-white under gown that can also be seen along the length of the sleeves. This Arwen Costume Dress is an officially licensed product. The Arwen Costume Dress is available in child sizes small, medium and large.  The Arwen Costume Dress is 100% polyester (exclusive of trim). Hand wash in cool water. Line dry. No bleach.
