Thought that this was a great product and just what I needed to complete the perfect Jack! The head was a little misshapen, but stuffing with towels took care of most of it. Also, it was a bit hot (since it is a mask) and your voice is very loud when talking inside of it, but cutting it up the back a little helped with those issues.

I'm a little disappointed in this product. I understand why it was packaged flat (for shipping purposes) -- and it wouldn't bother me if it didn't affect the integrity of the product. Although I stuffed it with towels for a month before it was worn, the head was lopsided and dented. If there's an at-home solution for this, I am not aware of it. Fortunately, photographs hide these defects. Also, visibility is bad.
