My son was heartbroken when we got the orange and white blasters (we ordered 2 for Halloween costume) instead of the blue/silver ones that were pictured. I have tried contacting the seller several times by phone and email and get no response. I will never buy from them again. I see that others are having the same issue. Please change the picture so it matches the product received. We will be returning these products.

Disappointed that the item is not the silver blaster as pictured. It was the white and orange one that I was specifically trying to avoid. Will end up keeping because there is not enough time to exchange.

I purchased this gun specifically from Rubies because of the picture. The gun looked to be blue/silverish and a much better matching blaster for the Jango Fett costume than the white/orange model found so many other places online. While the gun works fine, the one that showed up in the box is not the one pictured for this item...it is the same white/orange one found everywhere else. Bad on me for not first inquiring...Rubies, please change the picture so customers know what they are getting. 3 stars since the gun works great and is a big hit with my son, but I'm still disappointed its not the one pictured in the listing.
