This item was a good quality costume for a reasonable price. It was received in time for Halloween. My son loves it and will likely use it for several years.

I bought this for my 5 year old son who just saw Star Wars Episode 4 and wanted to be Luke Skywalker dressed as a stormtrooper for Halloween. I like really cool costumes, and after reading MANY reviews, I settled on this one. I bought the voice changer helmet as some reviews said the helmet was cheesy. It wasn't at all, in fact, my son doesnt even wear the voicechanger helmet as it is too large and heavy for his little head. The costume looks great, he wears it all the time around the house when playing star wars. The only problems we have with it is 1) you can't really clean it, and 2) he was in between sizes (yes, that is a personal problem), so I ordered the larger size. We just put some snow boots on and you couldnt really tell it was 8in. too long, and it still looked amazing!

The costume itself was great! Very well made and my son loved it. The mask was very disappointing and wasn't at all like the picture looked. It is made out of a plastic material that is very flimsy. We ended up using the costume and we made a mask out of paper mache', a milk carton & lots of spray paint that my son loved. It looked more real.

My son is obsessed with Star Wars. Interestingly, he's identified more with the Dark Side characters, such as Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Jango Fett, and, of course, the Stormtroopers. (That probably says more about me than him...oh, well.) He loves to put this costume on for everyday playwear and it makes him very happy to pretend he's a Stormtrooper. If your child loves Star Wars I think this is a great outfit, not only for Halloween costume purposes, but for pretend play, too.

This was a inexpensive costume for my son, he used it for three days and it is still in good condition. The only problem with this costume is it's not machine washable, it has plastic and foam pieces on it. Overall it was a great buy.
