I've always been a Mace Windu fan and a nice $100 lightsaber isn't exactly in my budget.. I just wanted something that I could carry around and just basically act like the child I am. I wanted something that would collapse completely because the lightsaber I had bought so many years ago didn't do that so that was what drew me to this particular one..
It does have some flaws though, the light isn't very bright and the color isn't very vibrant.. And upon putting in batteries, the section with the light completely popped out. Nothing a little duct tape couldn't fix, however.
I wasn't exactly expecting it to be perfect, being so cheap so I wasn't surprised with these flaws. All in all I am very content with this purchase.

My son was eager to get a purple (Mace Windu) light saber. This is the only one I could find that I thought was anything close to the blue and red ones he has gotten from our local "discount" store. Unfortunately the quality is quite poor and not at all like his other similarly priced light sabers. The purple is washed out, the light worked for two days and the wand is already bent!! All in all, I guess we got what we paid for though!

I bought this lightsaber for myself. It is amazingly detailed!!! I LOVE IT!!! the blade is long and skinny but i didn't realize it made noises. But I would recomend not to play very roughly with it. If you happen to buy this idem you should listen to my advice. I would recomend this idem for children 8 and up.
