5Cutest toddler veggie costume out thereMar 09, 2010
    By J's Mommy
My daughter was a year old this past Halloween and we wanted her to be a pea pod. This was the cutest pea pod costume for a toddler we could find. The picture doesn't do it justice. One note, ours did not have the cover to go over the shoes like it is shown on the picture. I was bummed about this at first but in the end I think it made for much easier clean up. If she had been walking around outside with those, the costume would have been filthy. Also, the peas are Velcro and can be taken off. This was practical for when she was in the costume and needed to be strapped into her car seat. She did like taking them on and off though. I think if you didn't need to take them off for the car seat you could probably just tack them on with a little needle and thread.
