I wear 18/20. It runs very big. The bust area is huge. I'm considered heavy top and it was hanging on me. The quality was better than expected and the accessories are very nice, but just runs very big. I will have to have it altered. Only 4 star cause it misrepresent size. It should be labled a 3x-4x
