I wore this costume at a Cinco De Mayo party and loved it. It definitely shows a little cleavage (you can adjust the amount a little based on how you tie it) and is short, so wear a pair of cheerleader shorts underneath in case you stumble after one too many tequila shots ;)
I didn't rate it 5 stars because the belt is heavy and pulls oddly on the dress. I ended up wearing a different brown belt

I purchased this costume to for my girlfriend so we could match. This was a great looking costume on her and I would recommend it for any woman trying to impress for Halloween or a costume party.

Cause I don't really see what the big deal is. Even though that skirt is short enough to be illegal in most first world countries, I strongly believe people of every nation--be they Geisha girl, Tyrolean beer wench, or sexy Mexican shooter babe--should be free to celebrate their sexy according to their own unique backwards traditions. This is, after all, what makes America great.
Can any of us look at this sexy Mexican shooter girl and honestly say we wouldn't be in favor of a little border patrol? That we wouldn't be a Minuteman? If more immigrants looked like this little lady, I bet Lou Dobbs himself would be be down at the Tijuana crossing, personally welcoming the poor, hungry, and underclothed masses with open arms.
