Fine, but not like the photoNov 10, 2011

This skirt is not nearly as full as the skirt picture in the photo. It still works as a petticoat, but the one in the photo is much fuller. Also, even though it's one size fits all, it's quite tight (I'm a size four generally and found it a bit uncomfortable). I'm not sure you can do much better though, so I wouldn't necessarily avoid buying this if you're in the market for a pink petticoat...(I bought it for a Halloween costume.)
