The costume is not sized correctly. Definitely does not fit up to size 9 junior. Probably more like a size 3 junior. The costume itself is cute and looks as advertised. I paid for quick delivery but the costume did not arrive in the time they said it would so be careful about paying for the spendy quicker shipping.
