This is a low-rate seller and does not accept accountability for customer issues.
I ordered a Halloween costume 9 days ago and PartyAmerica cancelled my order without a specific reason. They sent me a system generated email that included a broad range of possible reasons such as system errors to billing issues with why they canceled my order. Halloween is five days away and I don't have a costume for my kid. There was no communication with Party America during the 9 days it took to process my order and when they sent me an email, they did not allow me to respond directly to them and sent me to AMAZON's site for any issues. Clearly, Party America is not interested in satisfying Amazon's customers.

I got this for my son for Halloween (18 months) and he was adorable, but it's pretty cheaply made. You can't get the costume wet or wash it. So it was demolished when he had jello for lunch at daycare. It also ran pretty small. I got the 24 mo size and could barely snap it closed. The shoes are more like slippers and didn't fit over normal shoes. The hat was WAY tight. But for the 30 seconds he had the entire outfit on, he was adorable :)

This was a great Halloween costume for my toddler! The hat was a little tight...and the pants a smidge short... he usually wears a 2T, and a 3T would've fit better.

This costume was way to small for my already little toddler. (not to mention the beard is cut funny so it almost hurts next to your skin)My almost 24month old could barely squeeze into this outfit, I attempted to exchange it for a larger size with the seller the same day I recieved it, they told me there were no returns. So Im stuck with this costume I can not even use. If you purchase by 2 sizes bigger. My son is really small as it is and couldnt fit in.
