I came across this costume after I had attempted to order the Deluxe Alice in Wonderland costume from Target. Target wasn't able to deliver the costume until after Halloween. A friend suggested I try Amazon.com. I found this costume, it was less expensive and I wasn't sure if my 4 yr old would like it. Once it arrived, we loved it. It's very durable. I have washed it 3-4 times and it's still looking good. The only complaint my daughter had was that the headband broke. It did seem to be made of cheap plastic. Overall, a good costume for a good price.

This costume is really cute. I like that the material is not shiny like most costumes. It really looks alot like Alice's dress. Fits my tall + thin 3 year old perfectly. The headband is very thin + plain plastic, but easy enough to find a cuter black headband if you like.

My daughter loved the rabbit on the front and it was easy to put for her. Made of decent fabric and did fine with washing. True to size.

My experience is the same as the other reviewers -- this is a terrific costume. It's really even higher quality than lots of children's clothes for sale. No itchy fabric, no cheap fabric here. Some company actually took the time to select quality fabric and have the dresses well made. In addition to the dress, I also got my granddaughter the blonde wig, and she would not take off either dress or wig for several hours. My granddaughter generally wears a size 5. I bought the dress in a size large (4-6), and it fit fine. She's tall, and the hem was a little below her knees. So it should fit size 6 as well, too. And a size 4 child would have room to grow, allowing a couple of years to enjoy the costume (which, due to its quality, would not only last but could be passed down to other children)!

Purchased for my soon-to-be 3 year old for her Mad Hatter Tea Party themed birthday. 4T-6T fits my 3 year old nicely. Enough room to grow and has a tie-back to adjust tightness. Length is perfect for her, just about mid-calf. My daughter loves it. Only down side says spot clean only. I handwashed it in cold water and it seems to hold up fine.
